    The Faculty Search Project of MSU's ADAPP-ADVANCE initiative aims to promote the adoption of faculty recruitment and selection systems throughout MSU that reflect best practices in recruiting and selecting an inclusive and high quality professional workforce.

  • Annual Review

    The Annual Review Project of MSU's ADAPP-ADVANCE grant aims to support the faculty in all units within each of the participating colleges in defining and refining processes for annual review which are clear, transparent, and aligned with expectations within each department.

  • Reappointment, Promotion & Tenure

    The Reappointment, Promotion and Tenure Project (RP&T) of MSU’s ADAPP-ADVANCE grant aims to support the faculty in all units within each of the participating colleges in defining and refining expectations of reappointment, promotion and tenure so that they are clear, transparent, and aligned with the goals of the department and college.

  • Mentoring

    Mentoring activities that follow best practices in faculty recruitment, annual review, RP&T, and leadership development can promote the successful career development of all faculty members.

  • Women's Leadership

    The Women’s Leadership component of MSU’s ADAPP-ADVANCE grant aims to develop a larger number and more effective group of transformational leaders for MSU who focus on inclusivity as a goal for quality. The activities of this initiative will augment the existing MSU leadership development programs to provide additional workshops and seminars for inclusive leadership.
