The Mentor Workgroup of MSU’s ADAPP-ADVANCE grant aims to assist in developing formal mentor programs and relationships based on well-established best practices that will promote successful career development for all faculty members. Goals include establishing a university policy and resource center to support formal mentoring programs at the college and unit levels; collaborating with existing MSU resources to maximize the expertise and support that can be offered; and facilitating units as they strive for programs that are sensitive to diverse identities and needs.
