  • National Science Foundation's ADVANCE ProgramThe NSF ADVANCE program now involves 38 universities from across the United States. In this section, links to information about both the NSF ADVANCE program in general, as well as links to the web sites of other NSF ADVANCE institutions can be found.
  • Policies and ProgramsWhether you are an assistant professor or a seasoned faculty member, knowledge of and access to the academic human resource policies related to your employment at MSU, as well as a full awareness of faculty development programs targeted at tenure-stream faculty at the institution are critical.
  • Women in STEMDisciplinary societies, non-governmental organizations, and entities like the National Science Foundation have produced reports about the status of female faculty in STEM. Other organizations have developed web sites and other resources to help policy-makers, institutional leaders and individual faculty members think about gender in the academic workplace.
